Pine Creek Homes is a full service custom builder of homes, cottages, additions, gazebos, resorts, and commercial structures. Our principals, based just outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba, have over 40 years of combined experience in the construction industry, with over 20 years of that in custom home building in Canada and the United States.
We custom design each project to meet the exact needs and requirements of our customers. No two plans are the same because no two customers are the same. Each timber frame is custom cut by our own craftsmen based on the specifications for that home. We can provide full turn key services or supply and erect only the frame in co-ordination with the general contractor of your choice. From plan development to interior design and decorating, our goal is to work in harmony with the owner to ensure that the end result is both special and enduring.
You have a host of options and opportunities using the Timber Frame model. Timber frame homes range in style from rustic to contemporary. The options for interior and exterior finishes are limitless and only constrained by the imagination. Our design team and builders can help you develop a unique and beautiful home for you and your family.
Pine Creek Homes offers three choices of construction methods. The first is complete Timber Frame where the timber frame method is used throughout the home or structure. As custom builders we of course also build using conventional methods. The third option which is becoming increasingly popular is the combination or hybrid structure. Timber framing is used in the main living areas - generally the great room and kitchen/dining rooms while the balance of the home is framed out conventionally. This is a cost effective way of enjoying the beauty of a timber frame in the areas of the home that are more visible and where the most time is spent.
